ABSTRACT

At present, coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) caused by novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) has been spreading around the world, but no specific therapeutic drug or vaccine has been developed for the virus. By collecting the latest literature and searching related database websites, the biological characteristics and main targets of SARS-CoV-2, the clinical therapeu tic drugs and the latest drug research were reviewed to provide information for clinical treatment and provide reference for the research and development of new drugs against SARS-CoV-2.Copyright © 2020 Publication Centre of Anhui Medical University.
