ABSTRACT The clinical manifestations of SARS-Cov-2 in children differ from that of adults, with respiratory, gastrointestinal, dermatological and / or cardiovascular conditions. Most children are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms of COVID-19 infection. However, in recent months, a small number of children have been identified who develop a significant systemic inflammatory response. We review the extrapulmonary manifestations of SARS-Cov-2.
