Cardiopatía isquémica en mujeres jóvenes: una aproximación al fenómeno en Las Tunas 2006 / Ischaemic Cardiopathy in young women: an approximation to phenomenon in Las Tunas 2006
La mujer tiene una incidencia de Cardiopatía Isquémicasimilar a la del hombre, pero con 6 a 10 años de retraso, de modo que a partir de los 75 años es esencialmente la misma. En la provincia han aumentado las cifras de mujeresjóvenes afectadas por esta entidad en comparación con años anteriores. Este estudio se realizó con el objetivo de aproximarnos al fenómeno para la intervención de este vital problema de salud; en 30 casos ingresados en la sala de cardiología del Hospital Dr Ernesto Guevara de la Serna menores de 55 años con diagnóstico de cardiopatía isquémica se caracterizó su comportamiento clínico, y se les realizó coronariografía. Las más afectadas fueron las pacientes entre 50 y 55 años, el factor de riesgo más frecuente fue la Hipertensión Arterial, la mayoría de las pacientes no tuvo complicaciones, la forma de debut la angina y la arteria más afectada la descendente anterior(AU)
Woman has a similarincidence of ischaemic cardiopathy to one of the man, but with a delay of 6 to 10 years, so that after 75 years old it is essentially the same. In the province the number of young women affected by this entity has increased when it is compared with previous years. This study was done in order to approach the phenomenon for and intervention of this vital problems of health in 30 cases younger than 55 years old Hospitalized in the ward of Cardiology in General Teaching Hospital Dr Ernesto Guevara de la Serna with diagnose of ischaemic cardiopathy. It was studied their clinical behavior and coronarygraphyes were done. The more affected patients were those between 50 and 55 years old. The more frequent risk factor was arterial hypertension. The greater part of patients did not have complications. The beginning of this affection was angina and the most affected artery was the anterior descending one(AU)
