Chagas disease is the most important vector borne diseases in Latin America. Insecticides have been massively sprayed on human dwellings to control the vectors which develop in the domestic habitat and transmit the parasites to humans. However, some triatomine species are not strictly domiciliated and the transmission risk posed by immigrants from the wild is identified as a major challenge. Control based on the use of bednets then appears as a complementary control strategy deserving to be evaluated. In this paper, we set up a modelling framework to evaluate the cost-efficiency of mixed strategies combining insecticide sprayingand the use of bednets
