Doenças periodontais necrosantes e uso de antimicrobianos como terapia adjunta revisão da literatura / Necrotising periodontal diseases and the use of antimicroagents as adjunticve therapy A literature review
Necrotizing periodontal diseases are characterized by fast tissue destruction, painful symptomatology and probable loss of function. Gingival injuries characterized by necrotizing area can develop into loss of attachment that, in turn, can be extended across the mucogingival junction, winch gravity correspond to the immunosuppression advancing. The forms of necrotizing periodontal diseases involve NUG, PUN and necrotizing ulcerative stomatitis, and the treatment with agent antimicrobial local and systemic action seems to be an important for the controlling these diseases. The purpose of this study is to make a revision of literature about of the necrotizing periodontal diseases forms, emphasizing the use of pharmaceutical antimicrobials as therapy adjunctive.
