La psicología comunitaria tuvo su logro más significativo quando sacó la atención del sufrimiento mental del sistema institucional y amurallado de atención de la enfermedad devolviéndolo a su contexto natural, la comunidad. Luego se analiza el surgimiento de la Salud Pública y los dos paradigmas que orientan su puesta en práctica el tradicional, el modelo infeccioso como soporte lógico, y el de salud colectiva, que implica un enorme avance en el campo de la salud pero tiene un obstáculo es primordialmente de naturaleza médica, atributo que tiene la particularidad de que al acercarse a la realidad la metaboliza médicamente. A partir del comienzo del siglo actual se comienza a observar el emerger de un nuevo paradigma el de salud comunitaria. Se analizan las diferencias de estos tres paradigmas y se plantean algunas cuestiones con respecto a la formación de los profesionales de salud.(AU)
The communitarian psychology had the more significant gain when it removed its attention from the mental suffering of the institutional system and reinforced the attention in the disease giving it back to its natural context, the community. Then, the creation of the Public Health and the paradigms that orient its practice the traditional, which had and still has the infectious model like logical support, and the one of collective health, that implies an enormous advance in the field of health but has a serious obstacle it is fundamentally of medical nature, attribute that has the particularity of when approaching reality metabolizing it medically. From the beginning of the present century one starts to observe the emergence of new paradigm the one of communitarian health. The differences of these three paradigms are analyzed and some questions with respect to the formation of the health professionals considered.(AU)ien
