OBJECTIVE:
To study the compositions and contents of Amino Acids in the Fruit of Eucalyptus globulus Labill. .METHODS:
The contents of total Amino Acids and free Amino Acids in the Fruit of Eucalyptus globulus Labill. were determined with Amino Acid analyzer.RESULTS:
The content of total Amino Acids in the Fruit of Eucalyptus globulus Labill. was 4. 76g, among which that of the Amino Acids essential for human body was 2. 11g ( accounting for 44. 3% ) ; the content of free Amino Acids was 25. 29mg, among which that of the Amino Acids essential for human body was 9. 3mg( accounting for 36. 7% ) .CONCLUSIONS:
The Fruit of Eucalyptus globulus Labill. is rich in Amino Acids, and is of high nutritional value.
