A capillary electrophoresis method was used for simultaneous determination of vitamines B1, B2, B6 and PP in multivitamines injection (Becozym-Roche). The method was simple, rapid, economic, accurate and in high precision. Relative errors were from 0.65% to 1.53% and recoveries were from 99.7% to 101.4%. The method can be applied in analysis other multi-component product to replace high performance liquid chromatorgaphy
