Chronic kidney disease has a high
mortality but limited
treatment.Although the primary causes of
chronic kidney disease are varied, the final pathological outcome is renal
fibrosis.Preventing the progress of renal
fibrosis will help to delay the progress of
chronic renal disease. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that non-
coding RNAs are involved in the occurrence and development of renal
fibrosis.This
paper summarized the
role of non-
coding RNAs in the process of renal
fibrosis, in order to provide a new possible target for
diagnosis and
treatment of
chronic renal diseases.
