ABSTRACT
A ocorrência de violência contra crianças e adolescentes ganhou instrumentos e mecanismos de proteção a partir da Lei 8.069/90 que institui o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA). Assim, o Programa Sentinela, hoje parte componente e fundante do Centro de Referência Especializado da Assistência Social (CREAS), é implantando como resposta direta à necessidade de acolhimento e cuidados para com esses sujeitos de direitos e vítimas de violência, bem como suas famílias. Nesse sentido, o presente artigo visa descrever a implantação, atuação (intervenção) e cuidado do psicólogo desse serviço, no município de Poços de Caldas (MG), explicitando o atendimento psicológico em Intervenção em Crise como recurso clínico-social para o profissional. The occurrence of violence against children and adolescents got protection instruments and mechanisms basedon Law 8.069/90, that establishing the Brazilian Statute of children and adolescents (ECA). Thereby, the Sentinela Program which today is a part component and founded of the Center of Specialized Reference for Social Assistance (CREAS), is deployed like a direct answer to the need for shelter and care for this individuals that have rights and at the same time are violence victims, as well their families. Accordingly, this article aims describe the deployment, actuation (intervention) and care of the psychologist that makes this service in Poços de Caldas (MG), explaining the Psychology service in Crisis Interventions as a resource social-clinical to the professional.
