ABSTRACT

Analysis of results after theoretic and experimental investigations of structural organization of vegetative nervous system, mechanisms of accommodation and its bioregulation allowed to make a conclusion that refractogenesis is formed under the influence of a double reciprocal principle of innervation and regulation (DRP) of effector apparatus of accommodation. According to the author's view, DRP ontogenesis, being genetically determined and characterized by individual character of development, has a decisive influence on the process of refraction formation. The latter is expressed in the fact that in prevailing activity of cholinergic component over adrenergic in their DRP, refraction is orientated towards myopia, and in prevailing activity of adrenergic component over cholinergic, on the contrary, towards hyperopia.

ABSTRACT

The analysis of the screening stage of follow-up medical technology practice has been carried out. The study tackles the problems of selection of medical programmes of mass periodic medical check-ups, definition of diagnostic informative indices and their biometrology, programme algorithmic control with its preliminary diagnostic decisions, wide use of an individual principle of health status assessment and further organization of check-up flows, building up of technical equipment patterns for prophylactic departments. A two-stage system of technical equipment patterns of prophylactic departments in a city polyclinic is discussed. At the first stage the department should be equipped with compact, cheap, easily transported, safe and simple in operation, high-quality autonomous specialized automated diagnostic complexes. The second stage consists in the development of the data bank formation system proceeding from the examination results within the region assigned to the polyclinic.

ABSTRACT

On the basis of a previously proposed hypothesis about a spiral orientation of muscle elements in the walls of muscular arteries, terminal arteries and arterioles, as a universal regularity, concrete mechanisms of vascular biomechanics and bioregulation at hemodynamics are analyzed. The latter come to a cyclic change of the vasodilator phase into the vasoconstrictory one and vice versa, accompanying with a change of pressures in the local areas of the vessel from the lower to the higher and vice versa along the vascular length. Movement of the pulsed wave with the muscle elements is ensured by a consecutive change of pressures in successive local areas. This is performed under the influence of the blood stream pulsed wave and ensured by a multicontour regulatory system, including terminal and central, cholinergic and adrenergic reflectory arches, interacting in accordance with the principle of double reciprocal innervation and regulation.

ABSTRACT

Basing on double reciprocal innervation and regulation with its cholinergic (parasympathetic part) and adrenergic components, mechanisms of vasoconstriction and vasodilation of microvessels are considered. The latter are presented as a multicontour system, including the central adrenergic contour, two terminal contours, in the form of terminal arcs of cholinergic and adrenergic type, two neurohormonal contours also of cholinergic and adrenergic type, passing through the hypothalamo-hypophyseal complex.

ABSTRACT

Analysis of the eye optical system showed the presently existing variant of the schematic eye with its of , accommodation mechanism to be inadequate to a real eye. On the basis of accomodation occurring simultaneously with change of the crystalline lens focal distance and displacement of the retina, a new variant of the schematic eye which seems to be more adequate to a real eye, has been suggested.

ABSTRACT

Contour of the accommodation reflex was regarded as an analog of a closed system of automatic regulation. The gradient of impulses frequency in the visual fibers was taken as a criterion of estimation of anobject focused image on the retina. The data obtained when studying the accommodation contour in the regimen of the test-object fixation at different distances or at its insignificant (+/- 10 mm) sinusoidal displacement in regard to 2 fixated positions (200 and 460 mm), are discussed.
