ABSTRACT
By means of telethermovision examinations on seven children suffering from Perthes' disease the author found hypothermia of the entire lower limb on the affected side. The spread of this hypothermia depends on the intensity of the complaints and the course of the disease. The hypothermia appeared to be most pronounced in the gluteal region.
