We are living a change of paradigm. We are entering a new period based on the authority of clinical assays which delay the experience along the years. The interpretation of a statistic search through "p" lets us see the participation of hazard in a scientific study. So if it is statistically significative it is not necessarily clinically relevant. Therefore, the clinical significance based on the NNT is the one which will help to take a decision
