ABSTRACT
It was investigated the influence of a diet supplemented with grain bread on dynamic and of lipid profile metabolism in patients with ischemic heart disease, hypertension and hyperlipoproteidemia. It was shown that antiaterosclerotic diet with including bread has promoted the most positive changes of the hypertension and serum cholesterol.
