Considering the readjusted order on an expanded material support for citizens with injuries of health in consequence of medical measures from 28.1.1987, reflections on more qualified delivery of the increased number of hygiene expert opinions are required. Basing on the directives 4.1 and 6.1 of the "Zentralstelle für Arztliches Begutachtungswesen" the essay of further explanation of the hygiene expert opinions at the district of Suhl syringe abscesses rank obviously above osteomyelitis and purulent arthritis. However opinions are very rarely on virus hepatitis and gas gangrene and don't reflect the real nosocomial morbidity. The authors suggest a structure of hygiene expert opinions.
