ABSTRACT

The paper presents the results of a study of Russian and foreign authors on modern methods of stimulation of reparative regeneration of bone tissue. Highlight general principles for the construction and use of bioplastic materials. An attempt to classify the most famous of biomaterials based on their physico-chemical and biological properties, as well as identified trends in the further development of tissue engineering and its importance in traumatology and orthopedics.

ABSTRACT

The analysis of the loss of health due to road accidents provides the basis for important practical conclusions concerning groups and periods of the maximum risk and measures to reduce road traumatism. As a rule, these programs are based on the assessments made by the staff of the State Inspection of Road Traffic Safety. However their effectiveness is determined not by specialists but rather by participants of the road traffic. The opinion of persons injured acquires special significance.

ABSTRACT

The study reveals that traffic traumatism continues to be a serious problem for all international community. The causes of traffic traumatism and ways of its prevention are analyzed. The results of sociological analysis of opinions of injured persons about activities and modes of preventing traffic traumatism are discussed. The system of social medical, legal and educative impacts on all participants of traffic accidents is proposed.

The medical social characteristics of injured patients hospitalized in the traumatic surgery department of municipal hospital. The study results permitted to develop the organizational functional model of injury prevention management. The pattern presuppose the implementation of complex of activities considering the options of target population groups and measures realization period based on the regular occurrences revealed in the study.

ABSTRACT

The analysis of the medical social portrait of the deceased in consequence of traffic accidents was implemented. The risk groups and the pattern of mortality indicators distribution according the days of week and seasons were revealed. The major medical social factors of traffic accidents making resulted in fatal outcomes were established considering the characteristics of injuries due to traffic accidents demanding the organization of opportune medical care.
