[How did things go? Results and conclusions of follow-up of one year's clients]. / Wie ging's denn weiter? Ergebnisse und Erkenntnisse aus der Nachbefragung eines Klientenjahrganges.

A Child Guidance Clinic has tried to explore by the simple means of telephone follow-up interviews the process of family counselling and its consequences. Results of the questioning of one annual set of clients are reported, discussed and commented. The effects of such an investigation and its value as an intervention for the client families and for the team of counsellors as well are shown. Though the obtained data statistically are of a 'soft' kind, the authors recommend to comparable teams and institutions similar re-searching inquiries.
