[The stages of formation and perspectives of development of the complete-chart system of the medical service supply in the Armed Forces].

For a long period of existence the medical service equipment table system (ETS) in RF Armed Forces has proved its significance in organization of support of troops and naval forces with medical property during the wartime. However the modern opinion concerning the character of the armed struggle, organization and tactics of army and navy medical service require the scientifically substantiated revision of ETS. It is necessary for bringing the contents of first-aid boxes, bags and medical kits into line with the problems standing before the stages of medical evacuation during rendering medical care to the wounded and patients. The analysis of use of medical kits (first-aid boxes, bags) available in the federal troop concentrations, units, subunits in "hot" foci has proved the urgency of problem connected with ETS further improvement and its optimal solution in accordance with the level of military medicine development.

[Modelling of the processes controlling medical property reserves]. / Modelirovanie protsessov upravleniia zapasami meditsinskogo imushchestva.

Basing on the study of contents of medical logistics modern system the principles for modelling of the processes controlling the medical property reserves in the troops and stores were developed. The developed methodology has allowed to define the optimal sizes of reserves and to establish the dependence between the troops' medical property provision and the efficiency of medical care and treatment rendered the casualties and patients.

Acute experiments on dogs with separate secretion of the pancreatic enzymes, either stimulated or inhibited, from two lobes of pancreas, and investigation into the character of kinetics of the secretion from 5-7 ductal pools of the pancreas showed the functional specifics, with the device of ductal valves and microdepot of a secret of the pancreas ductal system playing an important role. The conclusion is made that the final secret of pancreas removed to the duodenum is a product of a secret-motor activation of non-equipotentional microregions of the gland, being the components of an intervisceral dynamical mosaic.

[Echinococcosis in the Ukrainian SSR]. / Ekhinokokkoz v Ukrainskoi SSR.

Various types of echinococcosis foci were detected in the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic: steppe zone foci with sheep pattern circulation dominating, where invasion is transmitted according to scheme: sheep--dogs attached to flocks; forest lowland and forest-steppe zones with pig pattern of echinococcosis circulating, where invasion is transmitted according to scheme: pigs--dogs. In steppe zone foci cases of echinococcosis in humans are regularly recorded and a large stratum of seropositive subjects was revealed by the indirect hemagglutination and latex agglutination tests. In second type foci only single cases of human echinococcosis were observed and low seropositive stratum was detected. Complex of antiechinococcosis measures conforming to different foci types was developed.
