ABSTRACT
Larifan, belonging to the number of highly active interferon inducers with a broad antivirus spectrum of action, did not manifest any antivirus effect in vitro in respect to human adenovirus of serotype 2 when it was used to treat the cells before and after the infection.

ABSTRACT
The method of dot DNA-DNA hybridization was used to reveal the inhibition of the synthesis of the adenoviral DNA by 6-azacytidine, cyclocytidine and ribamidyl in the adenovirus-infected cells Hep-2, a degree of which depended on the preparation concentration.
