ABSTRACT

Se presenta el caso de una paciente femenina de 6 años, ingresada en los servicios de pediatría y cirugía del Hospital General Peltier de la República de Djibouti, con diagnóstico de oclusión intestinal mecánica, la cual se intervino quirúrgicamente y se realizó resección intestinal con anastomosis termino terminal. El estudio anatomopatológico mostró diagnóstico de tuberculosis intestinal. Se revisa la literatura y se ofrecen consideraciones(AU)

Se realizó resección del divertículo y lavado de la cavidad. La evolución resultó favorable. Se revisa la literatura y se ofrecen nuestras consideraciones(AU)


We report the case of a 6-year-old female patient, operated in the General Peltier Hospital of the Republic of Djibouti with the diagnosis of peritonitis due to perforation of a Meckel's diverticulum. Resection of the diverticulum and washing of the cavity were performed. Evolution was favorable. We review the literature and offer our considerations(EU)
