ABSTRACT
Este artigo visa apresentar e discutir sobre o trabalho dos Núcleos de Apoio à Saúde da Família (NASFs), junto às Estratégias de Saúde da Família (ESFs) na Atenção Básica em Saúde, a partir de nossa experiência em NASFs de um município da região metropolitana de Porto Alegre (RS). O texto não se caracteriza como um relato de experiência, mas visa a partir de nosso trabalho cotidiano com essa realidade refletir sobre sua contribuição na constituição de linhas de cuidado, na perspectiva da clínica ampliada. Buscamos contribuir na ampliação da visão sobre o trabalho e a corresponsabilização pelo cuidado integral e longitudinal dos usuários, em conjunto com a rede intra e intersetorial, a partir da Atenção Básica (ESFs em parceria com os NASFs). Tendo como centralidade, as tecnologias leves, o trabalho vivo em ato, no território vivo em uso. Com isto, criamos o espiral da clínica ampliada que contempla: a linha de cuidado, o projeto terapêutico singular - Ecomapa (com centralidade no usuário) e a rede. Objetivamos que os projetos tornem-se assistenciais, concretos e portanto, com valores de uso para e com a população usuária.
This article aims to present and discuss the work of the Family Health Support Centers (NASFs), along with the Family Health Strategies (ESFs) in Primary Health Care, based on our experience in NASFs of a municipality in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre / RS. The paper is not characterized as an experience report, but from our daily work with this reality it aims to reflect on its contribution in the constitution of care lines, from the perspective of the extended clinic. We seek to contribute to the broadening of the view about work and joint responsibility for the integral and longitudinal care of the users, together with the intra and intersectoral network, from Basic Care (ESFs in partnership with NASFs). Having as our main point the light technologies, the live work in act, in the alive territory in use. With this, we have created the spiral of the expanded clinic that contemplates: the care line, the unique therapeutic project - ecomapa (user-centered) and the network. Our main goal is that the projects become a true assistance program, concrete and therefore, with usage values for and with the population.
