ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: The physical properties and wettability of 3-D printed Polyethylene terephthalate - glycol (PET-G) and Poly(lactic) acid (PLA) dental sectional matrices were investigated. METHODS: Experimental matrices was designed in a rectangular shape one-side depression corresponds to gingival col and without sharp edges and printed on FDM machine Ender Pro 3 (Creality®, Shenzhen, China). The physical textures, thicknesses, water contact angles were compared to conventional stainless steel (SS) matrix. RESULTS: PETG and PLA sample matrices were clinically single-side smooth compared to SS matrix. PETG specimens had uniformly 0.055 mm whereas PLAs were non-uniformly ∼0.065-0.075 mm in thickness. The mean ± standard deviation (SS) of contact angle for SS was 78.29 ± 0.18, for PETG was 72.09 ± 0.94, for PLA was 73.03 ± 1.17. CONCLUSION: PETG and PLA dental matrices might have desirable properties: being hydrophobic, non-charged, easy to manufacture and mimicking the gingival col depression in the dental interproximal contact area.

ABSTRACT

Gentamicin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, is nowadays widely used in the treatment of gram-negative microorganisms. The antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant activities of eucalyptol, a type of saturated monoterpene, have been reported in many studies. The aim of this study was to examine the possible effects of eucalyptol on gentamicin-induced renal toxicity. A total of 32 rats were divided into 4 groups; Control (C), Eucalyptol (EUC), Gentamicin (GEN), and Gentamicin + Eucalyptol (GEN + EUC). In order to induce renal toxicity, 100 mg/kg gentamicin was administered intraperitoneally (i.p.) for 10 consecutive days in the GEN and GEN + EUC groups. EUC and GEN + EUC groups were given 100 mg/kg orally of eucalyptol for 10 consecutive days. Afterwards, rats were euthanized and samples were taken and subjected to histopathological, biochemical, immunohistochemical, and real-time PCR examinations. The blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (CRE) levels were significantly decreased in the GEN + EUC group (0.76 and 0.69-fold, respectively) compared to the GEN group. The glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and catalase (CAT) activities were significantly increased in the GEN + EUC group (1.35 and 2.67-fold, respectively) compared to the GEN group. In GEN group, Nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB), Interleukin 1-beta (IL-1ß), Inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), Caspase-3, 8-Hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) and Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor (Nrf2) expression levels were found to be quite irregular. GEN + EUC group decreased the expressions of NF-kB, IL-1ß, iNOS, TNF-α, Caspase-3, and 8-OHdG (0.55, 0.67, 0.54, 0.54, 0.63 and 0.67-fold, respectively), while it caused increased expression of Nrf2 (3.1 fold). In addition, eucalyptol treatment ameliorated the histopathological changes that occurred with gentamicin. The results of our study show that eucalyptol has anti-inflammatory, antioxidative, antiapoptotic, nephroprotective, and curative effects on gentamicin-induced nephrotoxicity.

ABSTRACT

Specialized pro-resolving lipid mediators (SPMs), derived from polyunsaturated fatty acids are important mediators in the resolution of inflammation. Recent studies have focused on the effects of SPMs in cardiovascular health and diseases. However, little is known about the effect SPMs on human vascular tone. Therefore, in this study it is aimed to investigate the effect of various SPMs including resolvin D- and E-series, maresin-1 (MaR1) and lipoxin-A4 (LxA4) on the vascular tone of human isolated saphenous vein (SV) preparations under inflammatory conditions. In addition, we aimed to evaluate the effects of SPMs on the release of pro-inflammatory mediators, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF- α) from human SV. Pretreatment of isolated of human SV with resolvin E1 (RvE1), resolvin D1 (RvD1) and MaR1 (100 nM, 18 h) significantly reduced the contractile responses to thromboxane A2 mimetic, U46619 whereas pretreatment with LxA4 and RvD2 (100 nM, 18 h) had no significant effect on the vascular tone of SV. Moreover, RvE1, RvD1 and MaR1 but not LxA4 and RvD2 (100 nM, 18 h) pretreatment diminished the release of MCP-1 and TNF-α from SV. In conclusion, our findings suggest that pre-treatment with RvE1, RvD1, and MaR1 could have potential benefits in decreasing graft vasospasm and vascular inflammation in SV.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: Evaluation of left ventricular systolic function using speckle tracking echocardiography is more sensitive than conventional echocardiographic measurement in detecting subtle left ventricular dysfunction in septic patients. Our purpose was to investigate the predictive significance of left ventricular global longitudinal strain in normotensive septic intensive care patients. METHODS: This observational, prospective cohort study included septic normotensive adults admitted to the intensive care unit between June 1, 2021, and August 31, 2021. Left ventricular systolic function was measured using speckle-tracking echocardiography within 24 hours of admission. RESULTS: One hundred fifty-two patients were enrolled. The intensive care unit mortality rate was 27%. Left ventricular global longitudinal strain was less negative, which indicated worse left ventricular function in non-survivors than survivors (median [interquartile range], -15.2 [-17.2 - -12.5] versus -17.3 [-18.8 - -15.5]; p < 0.001). The optimal cutoff value for left ventricular global longitudinal strain was -17% in predicting intensive care unit mortality (area under the curve, 0.728). Patients with left ventricular global longitudinal strain > -17% (less negative than -17%, which indicated worse left ventricular function) showed a significantly higher mortality rate (39.2% versus 13.7%; p < 0.001). According to multivariate analysis, left ventricular global longitudinal strain was an independent predictor of intensive care unit mortality [OR (95%CI), 1.326 (1.038 - 1.693); p = 0.024], along with invasive mechanical ventilation and Glasgow coma scale, APACHE II, and SOFA risk scores. CONCLUSION: Impaired left ventricular global longitudinal strain is associated with mortality and provided predictive data in normotensive septic intensive care patients.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship between peripartum depression and social support, marital satisfaction, and self-differentiation. METHODS: This cross-sectional study was conducted on postpartum women from December 28, 2021, and March 31, 2022. Postpartum women were evaluated using a questionnaire consisting of sections assessing sociodemographic characteristics, obstetric history, and psychometric instruments: Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS), Marital Disaffection Scale (MDS), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and Differentiation of Self Inventory (DSI). RESULTS: A total of 425 mothers were included in the study. Of those, 140 (32.9%) mothers scored ≥13 points on EPDS, and 285 (67.1%) mothers scored ≤12 points. Mothers who scored ≥13 on the EPDS were found to have significantly higher scores for marital dissatisfaction. Total scores of family support, friend support, emotional cutoff, fusion with others, and differentiation of self were higher in mothers who scored ≤12 points on the EPDS. There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of significance with others, emotional reactivity and I position. CONCLUSION: This study found that marital satisfaction is important in the development of perinatal depression both directly and through family support and emotional cuttoff. In addition, mothers with family support, friend support, and self-differentiation had comparatively lower EPDS scores, while mothers with marital dissatisfaction had higher EPDS scores.

ABSTRACT

Objectives: Türkiye has implemented an open-door policy for Syrians since the beginning of the Syrian crisis in 2011 and has been providing medical and dental services for Syrian asylum seekers. Bursa, being the 5th largest city in the Western region of the Turkish Republic, hosts 1,83,355 registered Syrians. The present study was designed to analyze the caries-related dental services and preventive applications among 5-, 12-, and 15-year-old Syrian patients admitted to a state-affiliated dental hospital in Bursa, Türkiye. Design: This study comprises retrospective data analysis. Place and duration of study: The data from 1st January 2016 to 1st September 2021 were derived from the Bursa Oral and Dental Health Training and Research Hospital. Materials and methods: The dental records of Syrian patients aged 5, 12, and 15 years were reviewed for caries-related (restorations, extractions, and root canal treatments) and preventive applications (fissure sealants and topical fluoridation); others were excluded. Results: A total of 3,388 dental records of 1,179 Syrian children aged 5 (N = 369), 12 (N = 498), and 15 (N = 312) years were analyzed. The highest percentages of dental services offered to 5-, 12-, and 15-year-old were "tooth extractions" (n = 369; 42.2%), "fissure sealants" (n = 555; 33.7%), and "restorative treatments" (n = 384; 44.4%), respectively (p < 0.001). Considering all years (2016-2021), male subjects [odds ratio (OR)-1.42, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.09-1.85; p = 0.01] and 12-year-old (OR-1.87, 95% CI 1.31-2.66; p = 0.001) were more likely to visit a dentist more than once per year. Conclusion: Caries-related dental services, which are an indicator of poor oral health, are common in 5-, 12-, and 15-year-old Syrian patients. ABSTRACT

AIM: Type II glass ionomer cement (GIC) is a posterior restorative material that is generally not recommended for interaction with stainless steel due to chemical ion exchange. The purpose of this study is to quantify the surface relation of experimental three-dimensional (3D)-printed polylactic acid (PLA) and type II GIC using the peel adhesion test and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Experimental PLA dental matrix specimens were 3D printed in the form of an open circumferential dental matrix (75x6x0.0055 mm) using a fused deposition modeling (FDM) machine. The peel resistance test (ASTM D1876) was applied to determine the relative peel resistance of the adhesive bonds between the PLA dental matrix, traditional circumferential stainless steel (SS) matrix, and GIC. The PLA bands were characterized using an FT-IR spectrophotometer (Spectrum 100, PerkinElmer Inc., Waltham, MA, USA) for the simultaneous determination of the chemical relationships of the surfaces before and after the GIC was set in a simulated class II cavity model. RESULTS: The mean peel strengths (P/b) ± standard deviations of the PLA and SS dental matrix bands were 0.0017 ± 0.0003 N/mm and 0.3122 ± 0.0042 N/mm, respectively. The -C H stretching was observed at 3383 cm-1 after adhesion, which corresponded to vibrational movements on the surface. CONCLUSION:  It required ~184 times less force to separate the GIC from the PLA surface compared to the traditional SS matrix. Additionally, there was no evidence of a new chemical bond or strong chemical interaction occurring between the GIC and the experimental PLA dental matrix.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND AND AIM: It is important to provide appropriate dental care for newly erupted permanent first molars (PFMs) since they are susceptible to caries. As the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has led to significant changes in the way dental services are provided to patients, the purpose of this study is to examine the procedure records assigned to PFMs of 6-15 year-olds during the pandemic and analyze the restorative material preferences of the residents of public dental hospitals. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Procedure records of patients aged between 6-15 years were extracted from the Public Oral and Dental Health Center, Bursa, Türkiye. All teeth groups except PFMs were excluded, while extracted, survived (restorative/endodontic/prosthetic procedures), and prevented (fissure sealant application) PFMs were analyzed retrospectively. Furthermore, restorative material preferences were analyzed by arch location, cavity surfaces, and dentition types. RESULTS: Strong positive correlation was seen between age and PFM extraction (r=0.973; p<0.001) and age and PFM restorative treatments (r= 0.966; p<0.001); a negative correlation was detected between age and fissure sealants (r= -0.984; p<0,001) performed on PFMs of 8-15-year-olds. Amalgam was most often preferred as the restorative material (p<0.05). CONCLUSION: The distribution of treatments and dental restorations can vary based on many factors, and the pandemic conditions may have changed treatment preferences to favor preventive dentistry. The excess of multi-surface restorations may be related to the delay of treatment applications during COVID-19.

ABSTRACT

Two edible Pleurotus species, namely, Pleurotus citrinopileatus and Pleurotus djamor grown in the media of mulberry shavings which were substituted with myrtle, bay laurel, and rosemary leaves were studied. According to volatile profiles, 13 aldehydes, 8 ketones, 7 alcohols, 5 aromatic compounds and 4 terpenes were totally identified. Rosemary leaves were very effective for decreasing the concentrations of some oxidation products in Pleurotus citrinopileatus, but the same impact was not seen in Pleurotus djamor. The high amount of benzaldehyde (41.80 %) detected in bay laurel medium might have played a role in preventing bioactivity. Control Pleurotus citrinopileatus and Pleurotus djamor had a total phenolic content of 4284.89 and 3080.04 mg GAE per kg DM, respectively, and the enrichment of composts with aromatic plant leaves caused significant differences in Pleurotus djamor (p<0.05). Myrtle addition increased total phenolic content and antioxidant activities (by DPPH and FRAP assays) of Pleurotus djamor mushroom as 342.29 mg GAE/kg DM, 0.43 µmol TE/g DM and 2.07 µmol TE/g DM, respectively, when compared to intact one.

ABSTRACT

Sjogren's syndrome (SS) is a chronic autoimmune disease that is characterized by focal lymphocytic infiltration of the exocrine glands. SS mostly affects middle-aged women, and results in an increased risk of developing malignant neoplasm, particularly hematologic malignancies. The concurrent occurrence of SS, ovarian cancer, and autoimmune disease is very rare. Here, we present a case with postoperative digital autoamputation in a young Sjogren's patient diagnosed with high-grade serous ovarian cancer. The patient was later also diagnosed with antiphospholipid syndrome. Clinicians should note that female genital tract malignancies might occur in autoimmune diseases. In addition, when planning for surgery, they should also be aware of the possibility of another autoimmune disease and different patterns of postoperative complications such as venous thromboembolism and thrombophlebitis. A multidisciplinary approach is required to achieve successful management. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the second case with concurrent SS and ovarian cancer and the first case with concurrent SS, antiphospholipid syndrome, and ovarian cancer.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVES: Our aim is to explain the relationship between Ang II and Scl in osteoporotic (OP) rats and the contribution of Scl in the antiosteoporotic effect mechanism of angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB). METHODS: This study consists of two sub-studies conducted on 4th and 12th weeks after ovariectomy. In study 1, treatment was started immediately after bilateral ovariectomy (OVX), while, in study 2, treatment was started 2 months after OVX. Two different doses of telmisartan (5 and 10 mg/kg) were administered with the aid of gavage for 30 days in both sub-study groups. RESULTS: Serum and tissue Scl, osteocalcin, osteopontin and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase mRNA expressions were higher and bone mineral densities (BMD) and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase (BALP) mRNA expressions were found to be lower in the OVX groups compared with the sham group. In OVX groups where two different doses of telmisartan were administered, BMD and BALP mRNA expressions increased and serum and tissue Scl decreased. CONCLUSION: There may be a close relationship between angiotensin II and sclerostin in the development of osteoporosis. In this study, telmisartan administration showed an antiosteoporotic effect and significantly decreased the level of sclerostin. These results strongly support this relationship.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVES: We aimed to determine the aetiologic agent responsible for black staining of permanent dentition using next-generation sequencing and determine the relationship between caries and black stains. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A total of 52 systemically healthy patients with black-stained and caries-free (n = 13), black-stained and carious (n = 13), black stain-free and caries-free (n = 13), and black stain-free and carious (n = 13) teeth were enrolled in the study. The International Caries Detection and Assessment System (ICDAS II) was used for caries classification. Between 08:00 and 10:00, supragingival plaque samples were collected after a minimum of 8-12 h of accumulation and DNA samples were isolated. The samples were processed using the ZymoBIOMICS™ Service. Bioinformatics analysis was performed using mothur at usegalaxy.org. Data were analysed statistically using the Pearson chi-square and Fisher tests. RESULTS: The number of caries-free teeth (ICDAS 0, 1, and 2) was significantly higher in patients with black stains (p = 0.007).Capnocytophaga (4.8 %), Corynebacterium (3.9 %), and Neisseria (5.4 %) species were the most abundant among all black-stained plaques (carious and caries-free) (p < 0.05). Capnocytophaga (10.8 %), Cardiobacterium (3.6 %), and Rothia (1.72 %) species were detected in the black-stained plaques of caries-free patients (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: This study is one of the first studies examining the microbial composition of dental plaques with black staining in carious and caries-free adult patients using next generation sequencing technology. In the presence of black staining, plaques have an ultimate complex microbial structure. A lower caries burden was noted in the presence of black staining.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: Bisphenol-A (BPA) is an endocrine-disrupting chemical that may affect the hormones and their receptors. The aim of this study is to determine whether BPA has an effect on the development of nonfunctional adrenal incidentaloma (NFAI). METHODS: Fifty patients who were admitted to endocrinology outpatient clinics and diagnosed as NFAI were included in the study. Fifty healthy people without adrenal mass and adrenal pathology in the upper abdominal computerized tomography or magnetic resonance imaging were also included as control group. Age, gender and body mass index of the study groups were similar. The serum samples for BPA were stored at -80 °C in refrigerator until working in the lab. Serum BPA levels were measured using ELISA technique. RESULTS: Mean serum BPA level was 7.06 ± 3.96 ng/ml in NFAI patients and 4.79 ± 3.01 ng/ml in control group. Serum BPA level was significantly higher in NFAI group than control group (p = 0.001). Serum BPA levels were also found to be significantly higher in women with NFAI than in men with NFAI (p = 0.019). CONCLUSIONS: The mechanisms of NFAI development have not been clarified yet. Increased BPA exposure with developed industrialization may play a role in NFAI formation. For the reduction of BPA exposure, the use of plastic prepacked products, plastic containers, and safety measures are essential for public health.

ABSTRACT

Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFAs), including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), are mainly found in marine fish oils and commercially available fish oil supplements. Several studies have documented that n-3 PUFAs can reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases through anti-inflammatory, anti-thrombotic, and anti-atherosclerotic properties. Notably, regulation of vascular tone is one of the most important bases of cardiovascular health and especially for maintaining blood pressure within optimal physiological ranges. Recent clinical and animal studies indicate an association between n-3 PUFAs and vascular functions. In this regard, many clinical trials and basic experimental studies have been conducted so far to investigate the influence of n-3 PUFAs on vascular tone. In this review, we have summarized the results obtained from both clinical and basic studies that evaluated the effect of n-3 PUFAs under physiological and pathological conditions. Moreover, we also focus on verifying the underlying basic molecular mechanism of n-3 PUFAs on the vascular system.

ABSTRACT

Saphenous vein (SV) is one of the most widely used graft material in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG). Thromboxane A2 (TXA2) is implicated in graft failure by inducing vasoconstriction and platelet aggregation. The aim of this study is to investigate the mechanism involved in TXA2-induced vasoconstriction in human SV. The role of different inhibitors and blockers on U46619 (TXA2-mimetic)-induced vasoconstriction is investigated by using an isolated organ bath system. Relaxation responses to several mediators are evaluated in SV pre-contracted with U46619 and compared with those pre-contracted with phenylephrine. Our results demonstrate that U46619-induced contraction is completely blocked by myosin light chain kinase inhibitor ML-9 or TP receptor antagonist BAY u3405. Furthermore, U46619-induced contraction is partially inhibited by phospholipase C inhibitor U73122, protein kinase C inhibitor calphostin C, Rho-kinase inhibitor Y-27632, L-type calcium channel blocker nifedipine, store-operated channel inhibitor SKF96365 or removal of extracellular calcium. Relaxation responses to NO donor (sodium nitroprusside), guanylate cyclase (GC) stimulator (riociguat), phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors (sildenafil, IBMX), adenylate cyclase (AC) activator (forskolin) and acetylcholine (ACh) are markedly reduced when U46619 is used as a pre-contraction agent. Our results demonstrate that influx of extracellular Ca2+ (through L-type calcium channels and store-operated calcium channels) and intracellular Ca2+ release together with Ca2+ sensitization (through Rho-kinase activation) are necessary components for TXA2-induced vasoconstriction in SV. Moreover, more pronounced decrease in vasorelaxation induced by several mediators (SNP, riociguat, sildenafil, IBMX, forskolin, and ACh) in the presence of U46619 when compared with phenylephrine suggests that there is a crosstalk between the TP receptor signaling pathway and PDE, AC, GC enzymes. We believe that the investigation of mechanism of the TXA2-induced vasoconstriction in SV will provide additional information for the prevention of SV graft failure.

ABSTRACT

The use of ultrasound for the diagnosis of natural caries lesions with different depths on flat surfaces of permanent molar teeth was studied. A total of 200 freshly extracted permanent molar teeth with natural caries lesions were included. After evaluation with International Caries and Detection Assessment System II (ICDAS II), mineral loss and lesions in the teeth were detected with a fluorescence device, FluoreCam and lesion depths were measured using ultrasound. The teeth were sectioned and examined histologically using a microscope. The intraclass correlation coefficient was 0.97 for the ultrasound system, 0.65 for the ICDAS II classification and 0.59 for FluoreCam (p < 0.001 for all). With an increase in ICDAS II scores, mean ultrasound values, FluoreCam-Size and microscope measurements increased numerically, while FluoreCam-Intensity and FluoreCam-Impact measurements inversely decreased (p < 0.001). There was a high level of agreement between histologic diagnosis and ultrasound. Ultrasound and FluoreCam can be used to detect enamel caries on flat surfaces.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Cardiovascular effects of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) have been widely reported. However, there are limited studies concerning their effects on human blood vessels. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the direct vascular effects of EPA and DHA on the human saphenous vein (SV) precontracted with either prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α), or thromboxane A2 analogue (U46619), or norepinephrine (NE). Moreover, we aimed to investigate the protein expression of free fatty acid receptor 4 (FFAR4) in human SV. METHODS: Pretreatment of human SV rings with EPA and DHA (100 µM, 30 min) was tested on vascular reactivity induced by PGF2α (10 nM to 5 µM), NE (10 nM to 100 µM), and U46619 (1 nM to 100 nM). In addition, direct relaxant effects of EPA/DHA (1-100 µM) were tested in human SV rings precontracted by PGF2α, NE, and U46619. Furthermore, the involvement of potassium channels on their vascular effects was investigated in the presence of the nonselective K+ channel inhibitor tetraethylammonium chloride. RESULTS: Pretreatment with EPA and DHA resulted in a significant decrease in vascular reactivity induced by U46619 and PGF2α compared to NE. In the presence of TEA, the relaxant effects of EPA and DHA were significantly decreased in SV preparations precontracted by U46619 and PGF2α for DHA. Furthermore, FFAR-4 protein was expressed in tissue extracts of human SV. CONCLUSIONS: Our study demonstrates that both EPA and DHA reduce the increased vascular tone elicited by contractile agents on the human SV and that the direct vasorelaxant effect is likely to involve potassium channels.

ABSTRACT

The cultivar of Narince is a native white grape variety of Vitis vinifera, grown in Tokat city, the Mid-Black Sea Region of Anatolia. In this study, the effects of pure and mixed autochthonous Torulaspora delbrueckii-214 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae-1088 cultures on the fermentation behavior and aroma compounds of Narince wines were investigated. Volatile compounds formed in wines were extracted using a liquid⁻liquid extraction method and determined by GC-MS-FID. Narince grape must was fermented in duplicate, under the following three conditions. Two pure cultures of T. delbrueckii-214 and S. cerevisiae-1088 and a mixture of T. delbrueckii-214 and S. cerevisiae-1088 (1:1). The presence of the non-Saccharomyces T. delbrueckii-214 yeast slowed down the fermentation and produced a lower level of ethanol and a higher levels of glycerol and volatile acid. Only the pure culture of T. delbrueckii-214 was unable to finish fermentation. On the other hand, mixed culture fermentation improved the aroma intensity and complexity of wine due to increased levels of higher alcohols and esters. According to sensory analysis, wine fermented with mixed culture was the most preferred wine followed by wine inoculated with pure S. cerevisiae-1088. This study confirms the role of T. delbrueckii in wine aroma and the potential of non-Saccharomyces use in winemaking.
