ABSTRACT
Since 1992 when it was described the first laparoscopic adrenalectomy in adults, few references can be found about this technique in children in Literature, and less the number of them that makes reference to neuroblastoma. For that reason we think it is interesting to describe two recent patients operated on by laparoscopy of neuroblastoma, the first in the left side and the second in the right with very good results; being the most interesting fact a 48-hours period of postsurgical stay. As conclusion we think that it is an useful technique in Pediatric Surgery, it gives a very good exposure of the retroperitoneal area, it gives small scars that laparotomy, and it reduces the hospital stay, only we object that must pass more time to be sure that it is a good technique for malignancy.

Desde 1992 en que se describió la primera adrenalectomía laparoscópica en adultos, pocas son las referencias bibliográficas que se pueden encontrar sobre este tema en niños, y menos aquellas que se centran únicamente en neuroblastomas. Por eso creemos interesante describir dos pacientes intervenidos por laparoscopia de neuroblastoma, el primero en el lado izquierdo y el segundo en el derecho con muy buenos resultados; siendo lo más llamativo una estancia postoperatoria de 48h. Como conclusión creemos que es una técnica útil en Cirugía Pediátrica, permite una buena visualización y abordaje de la zona suprarrenal, se disminuye el tamaño de las cicatrices y se acorta la estancia hospitalaria, únicamente debe de pasar más tiempo para demostrar su verdadera indicación con seguridad en tumores malignos (AU)
