ABSTRACT
Ephedrine and ephedron were analyzed in human urine by thin-layer, liquid, and gas chromatography. Microcolumn liquid chromatographer Milichrome-4 and gas chromatographer Chrome-5 were used. The results were in good correlation. A standard column packed with Separon C18 (5 microns) sorbent was used in Milichrome-4 chromatographer; a mixture of 0.2 mol orthophosphoric acid, methanol, and diethylamine (75:20:1) was used as mobile phase with detection in 210 and 250 wavelength bands. In Chrome-5 chromatographer a glass column packed with 10% Carbovax 1500 on inerton was used.
