O artigo destaca aspectos da promoção da saúde e da educação em saúde que permitem argumentar sobre a pertinência do trabalho desenvolvido com grupos na comunidade. O trabalho em grupo possibilita a quebra da tradicional relação vertical que existe entre o profissional da saúde e o sujeito da sua ação, sendo uma estratégia facilitadora da expressão individual e coletiva das necessidades, expectativas, e circunstâncias de vida que influenciam a saúde

This paper highlights a few aspects of health promotion and education that enable reasoning over the pertinence of the work developed with groups in the community. Group work makes it possible breaking the traditional vertical relationship between the health professional and the subject of his/her action. It is also a strategy that facilitates the expression of individual and collective needs, expectations and life circumstances that influence health.

[The production of knowledge on nursing: challenges in the search of recognition in the interdisciplinary field]. / A produção do conhecimento na enfermagem: desafios na busca de reconhecimento no campo interdisciplinar.

It is about a thematic reflection regarding the current panorama of Nursing and the interdisciplinary issue in Health. It aims at reflecting and discussing about the Nursing practice and its production of scientific knowledge, as well as its influence in the relation with other jobs in the health area. For that, the interdisciplinary relations that exist between Nursing and several other health professions are approached. Finally, some suggestions are made for both the Nursing Graduation and Post-graduation courses as well as for the professionals of this field, with the objective of improving the teaching and the professional practices.

Trata-se de uma reflexão temática sobre o panorama atual da Enfermagem e a questão da interdisciplinaridade em Saúde. Tem como objetivo refletir e discutir sobre a prática de Enfermagem e sua produção de conhecimento científico, bem como suas influências na relação com outras profissões de saúde. Para tanto, são abordadas as relações de interdisciplinaridade existentes entre a Enfermagem e as diversas profissões de saúde. Finalmente, são feitas algumas sugestões tanto para os cursos de Graduação e Pós-graduação em Enfermagem quanto para os profissionais da área, na tentativa de aprimorar o ensino e a prática profissional
