ABSTRACT
O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar o processo vivenciado pelo usuário no acesso ao serviço especializado de cirurgia cardiopediátrica na FPHCGV. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com base no método dialético, tendo como procedimento metodológico: levantamento bibliográfico, pesquisa documental e de campo. O levantamento bibliográfico priorizou os estudos sobre a política de seguridade social brasileira, com a discussão de autores contemporâneos, que debatem a constituição dos direitos sociais e da política de seguridade social, enfocando a organização do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). A pesquisa documental foidesenvolvida com base em documentos oficiais da instituição (manuais operacionais dos setores, relatórios institucionais, fluxogramas, organogramas e dados estatísticos), a fim de traçar o fluxo da cirurgia cardiopediátrica na Fundação. O levantamento de campo foi realizadocom 07 (sete) profissionais, assistentes sociais e/ou chefes de setores, que atuam nos seguintes espaços: Serviço de Arquivo Médico e Estatística (SAME), Serviço de Ambulatório (SAM), Serviço de Apoio à Triagem/Serviço de Emergência Cardiológica (SAT/SERC), Clínica Pediátrica, Centro Cirúrgico e UTI Pediátrica. Para a análise dos dados coletados foram definidos 4 capítulos: a) Seguridade Social no Brasil e Acesso aos Serviços de Saúde; b) Organização da Política de Saúde no Brasil; c) Metodologia da Pesquisa; e, d) A Atenção à Criança com Cardiopatia e a Cirurgia Cardíaca. A pesquisa possibilitou sistematizar o processovivenciado pelo usuário no acesso ao serviço especializado, a partir da identificação do fluxo da cirurgia cardiopediátrica na Fundação. Apontou os entraves e os desafios para a garantia doacesso ao tratamento de crianças cardiopatas. E por último, revelou o conhecimento das profissionais acerca das demandas apresentadas pelos usuários nas fases/etapas do tratamento
The objective of this study is to analyze the process experienced by the user in the access to the specialized service of Cardiopediátrica surgery in FPHCGY. The research was developed based on the dialectical method, having as methodological procedure: Bibliographic survey, documentary and field research. The bibliographic survey prioritized the studies on the Brazilian Social Security policy, with the discussion of contemporary authors, which debate the Constitution of social rights and social security policy, focusing on the organization of the singlesystem of Health (SUS). The documentary research was developed on the basis of official documents of the institution (operational manuals of the sectors, institutional reports, flowcharts, charts and statistical data), in order to trace the flow of Cardiopediátrica surgery in the foundation. The field survey was carried out with 07-(seven) professionals, social workers and/or heads of sectors, who act in the following spaces: Medical and statistical file service (SAME), outpatient service (SAM), triage service/emergency Service Cardiology (SAT/SERC), pediatric Clinic, surgical center and pediatric ICU. For the analysis of the data collected were defined 4 chapters: a) Social security in Brazil and access to health services; b) Organization of health policy in Brazil; c) Research methodology; and, d) attention to the child with heart disease and cardiac surgery. The research made it possible to systernatize the process experienced by the user in the access to specialized service, from the identification of the flow of the Cardiopediátrica surgery in the foundation. It pointed to the barriers and challenges for ensuring access to the treatrnent of cardiac children. And finally, it revealed the knowledge of the professionals about the demands presented by the users in the phases/stages of the treatment
