ABSTRACT
Los alarmantes cambios ocurridos en los principios y las prestaciones del Sistema Nacional de Salud español en el último año y las consecuencias sobre el trabajo enfermero, constituyen el contenido de este artículo. Se ha estructurado en dos partes. La primera se centra en contestar a la pregunta sobre ¿qué está significándola crisis y especialmente las medidas contenidas en elRDL-16/2012, en relación al derecho a la salud que tienen reconocido las ciudadanas y ciudadanos en España? La segunda parte trata sobre la responsabilidad que tienen las enfermeras frente a la defensa del derecho a la salud, haciéndose énfasis en las dificultades éticas que plantea la norma y en la necesidad de mantener el cuidado como eje de toda actuación. Al final del artículo se exponen algunas propuestas sobre el compromiso a desarrollar por las enfermeras en la defensa de dicho derecho básico (AU)
This article addresses the alarming changes occurred in the principles and services provided by the Spanish Healthcare System during the past year, and their consequences on the nursing activity. It has been structured into two parts. The first part focuses on answering the question: What is the impact of our present crisis, and particularly of the measures included in Law RDL-16/2012, on the right to healthcare recognized for Spanish citizens? The second part addresses the responsibility of nurses regarding the defense of the right to healthcare, highlighting the ethical difficulties posed by the rule, and the need to keep healthcare as the axis of all actions. At the end of the article, some proposals are expressed about the commitment to be held by nurses in order to defend said basic right (AU)

In an emerging knowledge society, information and communicationtechnologies (ICT) enable new and beneficial applications for ComprehensiveHealth Care. For this reason, the Official Nursing Associationof Barcelona has created a resource related with the newtechnologies and with the web 2.0: Virtual Nursing (VN). It is aneducational and health promotion portal that targets citizens with thesole purpose of helping to provide the best nursing care and to doso in the manner nurses do: by empowering and enabling patientsto make their own health-related decisions. In this sense, it is a workingtool for nurses and an excellent tool to ensure continued careand support to in situ care. It is also a global professional project thatsupports each nursing intervention and provides coherence to our entireprofessional offer (AU)

The authors introduce three guidelines as part of the process to implant the nursing methodology based on the Virginia Henderson Conceptual Model; they propose to help nurses adopt the aforementioned method in their daily practice. These three guidelines shall be published in successive articles: Guidelines to identify attitudes and aptitudes related to the nursing profession; Guidelines to implant the nursing methodology based on the Virginia Henderson Conceptual Model; and Guidelines to plan areas for improvement.

Guía para la implantación de la metodología enfermera con base al modelo de Virginia Henderson. Guía para la planificación de áreas de mejora (AU)
