ABSTRACT
Pneumonephrosis is extremely rare. In most of the cases, it is due to a fistula between the high urinary tract and the bowel. We report a case of pneumonephrosis, due to a fistula between the bladder and the rectum, accompanied by vesico-ureteral reflux, with ascent of the air into the ureter and the kidney.
