ABSTRACT
Improving the quality of life at work (QWL) is a major challenge for health establishments in order to contribute to the well-being of their employees, strengthen their attractiveness and guarantee the quality of care. The National Agency for the Support of the Performance of Health and Medical-Social Establishments offers three cross-sectional views that illustrate complementary ways of improving QWL: integrating corporate social responsibility into the establishment's project; working on the management of medical and non-medical time; and setting up a project to synchronise medical and non-medical time.
