Psicologia, Trabalho e Subjetividade, Modos de Fazer e de Ser: Notas sobre as Regulações Vividas por Trabalhadores Técnico-Administrativos em uma Universidade Pública / Psychology, Work, and Subjectivity, Ways of Doing and of Being: Notes on the Regulations Lived for Technical-Administrative Workers in a Public University

Este trabalho visa incorporar elementos da Psicologia Social do Trabalho, particularmente aqueles desenvolvidos nas chamadas Abordagens Clínicas do Trabalho, à reflexão sobre o cotidiano das relações de trabalho experimentadas por trabalhadores de uma instituição federal de ensino superior, do segmento técnico-administrativo. Cumpre mencionar, que a tarefa de pensar o trabalho no espaço das relações de poder nas universidades públicas parece-nos, desde o princípio, uma tarefa hercúlea, em especial pelo reconhecido silêncio intelectual sobre essa dimensão do mundo universitário, que se ressente de publicações e reflexões sistematizadas sobre o tema. Ao assumir a condição de ensaio crítico, o texto pretende contribuir para o desvelamento das condições de trabalho e de vida de um conjunto significativo de trabalhadores, cuja importância, se não sensibiliza gestores e pesquisadores pelas reduzidas implicações econômicas de sua força de trabalho, parecem sustentar uma luta histórica e politicamente marcada pela adoção de práticas coletivas de resistência e ação (AU)

This work aims at incorporating elements from Work Social Psychology, especially those developed in the so-called Clinical Approaches to Work, to the reflection on the daily work relations experienced by workers from a higher education federal institution, in the technical-administrative field. It must be mentioned that the task of thinking the work in the space of the power relations in the public universities seems, from the beginning, a herculean task, especially due to the acknowledged intellectual silence about this dimension of the university world, which lacks systematized publications and reflections on the issue. By assuming the condition of critical essay, the text intends to contribute to the uncovering of the work and life conditions of a significant group of workers, whose importance, if it does not touch managers and researchers due to the reduced economic implications of their workforce, seems to sustain a historical struggle which has been politically marked by the adoption of collective practices of resistance and action (AU)
