ABSTRACT
In the context of complex investigation the monitoring of the functional state of the fire department saviors of the operative department of the MES of Russia in the 24 hour day work condition (faces of extremal profession, males of I-II health groups from the age of 20-45 years old; n = 136) took place. Was revealed that in various systems a signs of fatigue are noticed, and in the organism a total fatigue is formed. A methodological approach to the evaluation to the functional state of the organism according to calculation value "total organism fatigue", included 6 methodological various approaches was developed.

Daily monitoring of threshold olfactometry was made in 89 employees of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia. The method proposed for rating results of olfactometry includes rating of the primary results in scores. The use of this method allows detection of significant differences. Wider clinical application of olfactory analyzer investigation is recommended.

A method of threshold olfactometry is proposed consisting in the use of three olfactive substances (tincture of valerian, acetic acid, liquid ammonia) in selected concentrations. This allows to investigate the thresholds of certain modality. Each concentration of the olfactive substance is placed into a glass bottle (100 ml) and stored at the temperature 18-20 degrees C. The examination of the state of the olfactory analyzer within a 24-h working day showed stability of threshold olfactometry when the organism is tired. Utilization of threshold olfactometry in some diagnostic areas is shown.
