[Photolanguage "youth and nutrition": a tool for understanding the meaning of eating among youth]. / Photolangage "Jeunes et alimentation": un outil pour penser ce que manger veut dire.

This paper describes the design and implementation of a tool for examining representations of eating practices among youth using group work. The proposed method recognizes the complexity of the issues surrounding food and eating among young people while setting clear and realistic goals. This means taking into account the many determinants of eating behavior and empowering young people to control these factors. In doing so, the paper illustrates two fundamental principles of health promotion.
