ABSTRACT

Este relatório foi desenvolvido, no decorrer do Curso do Mestrado em Enfermagem em Associação na área de Especialização em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica, apresenta como objetivo primordial descrever e analisar a aquisição e desenvolvimento das competências comuns de Enfermeiro Especialista, competências de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica e competências de Mestre. Como título do presente relatório: "Capacitação Parental: Cuidados à Criança/ Jovem com Febre", sendo articulado com o projeto desenvolvido ao longo dos estágios, tendo em conta a linha de investigação Segurança e Qualidade de Vida. A escolha do tema surge com o interesse pessoal na área e com a necessidade e pertinência da Enfermagem priorizar a capacitação cada vez maior dos progenitores para adquiram competências efetivas de cuidado ao seu filho com febre. Com o decorrer dos estágios, conclui-se que os enfermeiros apresentam um papel fundamental na capacitação parental na criança / jovem com febre. Como futuro enfermeiro especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica, os cuidados especializados a estas crianças que necessitam de cuidados, incluem nas competências do enfermeiro especialista sendo o desenvolvimento dessas competências específicas, nesta área, uma mais-valia.


This report was developed during the Master's Degree in Nursing in Association in the area of Specialization in Child and Pediatric Health Nursing. It presents as prime objective, to describe and analyse the acquisition and development of common skills of Specialised Nurse, specialised nurse skills in Paediatrics and Child Health Nursing as well as Master's skills. The report "Parental Empowerment: Child/Young Person with Fever Care", was articulated with the project carried out during the internships, taking into account the line of research Safety and Quality of Life. The choice of the theme was born from the personal interest in the field and the need and relevance of Nursing to prioritise the increasing empowerment of the parents to acquire effective skills in order to take care of their child with fever. Over the course of the internships, it was concluded that nurses show an essential role in the parental empowerment of the child/young person with fever. As future specialist nurse in Paediatrics and Child Health Nursing, the specialised cares addressed to these children include the development of specific skills being a true asset in this area.

ABSTRACT

Este artigo pretende rever a origem do conceito de Psicoses Cicloides, a sua psicopatologia e a sua evolução. Através de uma análise da literatura, os autores procuram perceber a validade nosológica deste conceito, assim como o seu enquadramento atual e a sua utilidade futura na psiquiatria.


This paper intends to review the origin of the concept of cycloid psychoses, its psychopathology and its evolution. By analyzing the literature, the authors seek to delineate the nosological validity of this concept, as well as its current delimitation and its future utility in psychiatry.


Cet article a pour but de passer en revue l'origine du concept des psychoses cycloïdes, sa psychopathologie et son évolution. Une analyse de la littérature a permis aux auteurs de déterminer la validité nosologique de ce concept, ainsi que sa délimitation actuelle et son utilité future pour la psychiatrie.


Este artículo pretende revisar el origen del concepto de Psicosis Cicloides, su psicopatología y su evolución. A través de un análisis de la literatura, los autores buscan percibir la validez nosológica de este concepto, así como su actual marco y su utilidad futura en la psiquiatría.


Dieser Artikel hat zum Zweck, den Ursprung des Konzepts der Zykloiden Psychosen, seine Psychopathologie und seine Entwicklung zu untersuchen. Anhand einer Literaturanalyse versuchen die Autoren, die nosologische Gültigkeit dieses Konzepts, seine aktuelle Abgrenzung und seinen zukünftigen Nutzen für die Psychiatrie zu erörtern.

ABSTRACT

The authors report a case of a primary pulmonary epithelioid haemangioendothelioma (EHE) in a 51 year-old man, a mechanic, who complained of a dry cough followed by constitutional symptoms and dyspnoea. Patient underwent a series of diagnostic exams including surgical biopsy and pulmonary tuberculosis was diagnosed. He was prescribed tuberculosis drugs for three weeks. Following clinical and imagiology deterioration, the case was reviewed by pathologists who concluded the pulmonary biopsy revealed an intermediate/high grade pulmonary EHE/angiosarcoma. The patient underwent three cycles of chemotherapy with carboplatin, etoposide and bevacizumab with no complications. He died seven months after onset of symptoms and seven weeks after definitive diagnosis. The authors wish to highlight the rarity of this pulmonary neoplasm and the importance of clinical suspicion, and the diagnosis and treatment difficulties in addition to the potential benefits of antiangiogenic drugs.

ABSTRACT

Through the years, Higher Education has gone into an evolution process up to our days, characterized by the influence of globalization winds. In the search for the "culture of quality", competitiveness is a weighing factor to be considered by institutions of higher education. In this sense, the Bologna Process has provoked changes in the European universities and polytechnic politics. This process is supported by periodical meetings between adherent countries every two years; followed by the ministerial communiqués. From the 2007 stocktaking analysis we concluded that there is a good progress regarding all the Bergen priorities. Portugal's scorecard shows a significant evolution since 2005. Nevertheless, there are aspects the institutions are not dismissed to attend.
