ABSTRACT

Conjoined twins represent one of the rarest forms of twin gestation, occurring once in 30,000 to 100,000 births. This entity, if unnoticed early, implies major complication risks to the fetuses. We are reporting one case of conjoined thoracopagus twins diagnosed by ultrasonography at 19 weeks, thus emphasizing the role of ultrasound in early diagnosis, and decision on management of such a condition.
