First record of the leafhopper tribe Adelungiini Baker (Hemiptera, Auchenorrhyncha, Cicadellidae: Megophthalminae) from Turkey, with notes on emAchrus/em emalbicosta/em (Kusnezov, 1929).

The tribe Adelungiini Baker, 1915 is recorded for the first time from Turkey and the genus Achrus Lindberg, 1925 is recorded for the first time from China based on Achrus albicosta (Kusnezov, 1929) collected by Kozlov's Mongol-Sichuan expedition in Inner Mongolia at the beginning of last century and recently-in Eastern Anatolia, Elazig Province. New locality records as well as illustrations of external view and male genitalia structures for A. albicosta are given from Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Iran.

Nomenclatorial changes in the family Cixiidae (Homoptera, Auchenorrhyncha, Fulgoroidea), with fixation of type species of the genus Reptalus Emeljanov, 1971 and description of a new subgenus.

New name, Caravellita, is proposed to replace Caravella Emeljanov, 2007, nomen praeoccupatum. Proreptalus Emeljanov, 2015 is placed in synonymy under Reptalus Emeljanov, 1971. Pererepa, subgen. nov. is erected for Oliarus quadricinctus Matsumura, 1914 in the genus Reptalus Emeljanov, 1971. Flata artemisiae Becker, 1865 is validated and fixed as type species of the genus Reptalus Emeljanov following the Article 70.3 of the ICZN, while Oliarus quinquecostatus Fieber, 1872 (non Cixius quenquicostatus Dufour, 1833) is supposed to be misidentification of F. artemisiae Becker. Key to subgenera of Reptalus is given.

On the taxonomic position of the genera Krundia, Breukoscelis, and Uphodato (Hemiptera, Auchenorrhyncha, Fulgoroidea) described from the Insect Limestone of the Isle of Wight.

Three fossil genera, Krundia Szwedo, 2019, Breukoscelis Szwedo, 2019, and Uphodato Szwedo, 2019, described in the family Issidae are transferred to other families according to the shape and venation of forewings. Krundia Szwedo is transferred to the family Tropiduchidae. Breukoscelis Szwedo is placed in synonymy under Uphodato Szwedo and transferred to the family Cixiidae. Forewing venation of the members of Issidae, Tropiduchidae, and Cixiidae are discussed and illustrated.

New synonyms and new combinations for some Delphacidae (Hemiptera, Auchenorrhyncha) of Eastern and Central Palaearctic Region.

Five new generic and 7 species synonyms and 3 new combinations are proposed for the tribe Delphacini. Atropidius Emeljanov 1982, is placed in synonymy under Glabrinotum Ding, 2006, in so far as Atropidius Emeljanov is homonym of Atropidius Chapui. Stiropis Ding, 2006-under Cormidius Emeljanov, 1972, Metroma Ding, 2006-under Metropidius Emeljanov, 1972, Mengdelphax Ding, 1994-under Movesella Emeljanov, 1982, and Paramestus Ding, 2006-under Pastiroma Dlabola, 1967. Glabrinotum qitaiensis Ding, 2006 is placed in synonymy under Glabrinotum lapilla (Emeljanov, 1982), Mengdelphax neimengensis Ding Zhang, 1994-under Movesella nuchtica (Dlabola, 1967), Calligypona minutissima Dubovsky, 1966-under Falcotoya minuscula (Horváth, 1897), Calligypona uzbekistanica Dubovsky, 1966-under Flastena fumipennis (Fieber, 1866), Chloriona adunca Ding, 1981-under Paradelphacodes gvosdevi (Mitjaev, 1980), Calligypona brunneola Dubovsky, 1966-under Paradelphacodes paludosus (Flor, 1861), and Calligypona tricolorata Dlabola, 1961 and Delphacodes fenestratus Emeljanov, 1972-under Pseudodelphacodes flaviceps (Fieber, 1866). Elachodelphax xingjiangensis Chen, 2002 is transferred to Scottianella Anufriev, 1980 and Paramestus nigroclypeus Ding, 2006 and Mestus nigrostriatus Ding Zhang, 2000-to Pastiroma Dlabola, 1967.
