ABSTRACT
A comparison was made of the incidence of post-operative pain in patients given suxamethonium modified by pre-treatment with a small dose of gallamine and those not given suxamethonium. Sequential analysis of the results showed a preference for anaesthetic techniques not employing suxamethonium.
