ABSTRACT

The authors report a patient with a primary sclerosing cholangitis associated with ulcerative colitis. There are comments on the histopathology and evolution of the illness. The patient has recovered from the chronic inflammatory bowel disease in a satisfactory way, however it seems that the primary sclerosing cholangitis it way apart from the colopaty.
