ABSTRACT

PIP: 78 women with breast cancer metastases were divided into 5 groups as to type of therapy and observed. The most prolonged periods of remissio n and the greatest prolongation of life took place with a combined treatment of cyclophosphane and radiation, than the application of these therapies separately. It was revealed, the cyclophosphane does not aggravate those changes which occur in the liver and blood coagulation system which usually take place in cancer patients undergoing radiation treatment.^ieng
