ABSTRACT

The grasshopper Subfamily Gomphomastacinae (Orthoptera: Acridoidea: Eumastacidae) is widely distributed in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and Central Asia. This paper describes three new species: Ptygomastax nihilsulcus Ge, sp. nov. Phytomastax pentaspinula Ge, sp. nov. and Pentaspinula unispinula Ge, sp. nov. of the subfamily from the eastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, along with an updated identification key of species of the related genera. Detail figures of the body and genitalia of the new species are also provided.

ABSTRACT

This paper presents a medical electronic endoscopy real-time image acquisition and control system which consists of video codec chip, flash memory and FPGA. The hardware scheme and circuit design of the system is figured out, and the principle of ping-pong operation and the implementation of FPGA program is introduced. Experimental tests show that the designed system performs steadily, is easy to maintain, and reduces the cost greatly. The higher performance price ratio makes it have good application prospect in medical endoscopy.

ABSTRACT

An aminated hypercrosslinked macroporous polymeric adsorbent was synthesized and characterized. Adsorption isotherms for 1-amino-2-naphthol-4-sulfonic acid (1,2,4-acid) and 2-naphthol obtained from various binary adsorption environments can be well fitted by Freundlich equation, which indicated a favorable adsorption process in the studied range. Adsorption for 1,2,4-acid was an endothermic process in comparison with that for 2-naphthol of an exothermic process. 2-naphthol molecules put a little influence on the adsorption capacity for 1,2,4-acid. However, the adsorption to 1,2,4-acid depressed that to 2-naphthol in a large extent for the stronger electrostatic interaction between 1,2,4-acid and adsorbent. The predominant mechanism can be contributed to the competition for adsorption sites. And the simultaneous environment was confirmed to be helpful to the selective adsorption towards 1,2,4-acid based on the larger selectivity index.

ABSTRACT

The rule of infrared spectroscopic characteristics of the five alpha, alpha'-dioxoketene cyclic s, s-acetals was studied, and the influence of the molecular structure on the IR was indicated. All 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of the five compounds were assigned, and the effects of structures on the chemical shifts of 1H and 13C NMR were discussed. The rule of change is the same as that of IR. The study offers a method of elicitation for studies on the structure and the spectroscopy of this kind of compounds.
