The results of treatment using cryodestruction, combined and complex therapy of the malignant tumor of the oral cavity mucosa in 116 patients was summarised.

The results of treatment of 139 patients with mucosal cancer of oral cavity are summarized. The most effective method of treatment is combined one, including the operative intervention conduction. In 18 patients intraoperative cryoimpact on tumor was conducted, permitting to reduce the recidives frequency and to increase their life span.
