ABSTRACT
PIP: 76 pregnant women and 18 healthy nonpregnant women were examined. T he level of serum immunoglobulins and blood components were determined a t the beginning and end of pregnancy, after early abortion, and after labor. Hypo- and dysgammaglobulinemia developed in the early and late gestation periods. These ratios of immunoglobulin remained unchanged during the postpartum and postabortion periods. Compliment titer showed no signficant change and was on the upper range of physiological variations.^ieng
