ABSTRACT
Este artigo é o relato de um atendimento de psicologia hospitalar durante a internação de uma paciente com Lúpus Eritematoso Sistêmico, no Hospital Universitário Clementino Fraga Filho da UFRJ. Além da doença, a paciente passava por dois acontecimentos, que para ela significavam perdas importantes: a saída de casa do filho único e a cessação da menstruação com a chegada da menopausa. Em sua narrativa ficou marcado o sofrimento face àqueles acontecimentos, que a faziam reviver uma perda antiga, ou seja, atualizavam o abandono do ex-marido, realidade que ela nunca aceitara. Desde que se separou, ocupava-se apenas da maternidade e do trabalho. Assim, naquele atendimento, ela refletiu sua dificuldade em se desprender de antigos vínculos e dos papéis femininos de esposa e mãe, e pôde construir novos projetos de vida, se permitindo viver outras experiências(AU)
This article reports an attendance of health psychology with a patient with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) during her hospitalization at the University Hospital Clementino Fraga Filho in Rio de Janeiro. Besides the disease, the patient went through two tough losses to herself: the growth of her only son with 22 years old, who was leaving home, and the cessation of her menstruation with the arrival of her menopause. These losses have updated an old loss in the patient: the abandonment of ex-husband, which she still did not accept. As she was making motherhood the only option for her life, she was suffering those losses. In the attendance of psychology, the patient reflected the difficulty of separating from her marriage and family ties, and lively, and with expectations, she built a new life project, which was mainly her conquest of a new network of relations(AU)
ABSTRACT
Relatamos nosso trabalho psicoterápico de fortalecimento e ampliação das redes sociais de famílias de baixa-renda, em situação de adoecimento infantil. Esse trabalho foi integrado ao Programa de uma Associação num hospital da rede municipal do Rio de Janeiro. Teve como objetivo principal incentivar as famílias no sentido da reconstrução dos vínculos entre os membros, e também da conquista de redes sociais de apoio com outros grupos, a fim de se ampararem, afetivamente e materialmente, no enfrentamento das dificuldades vividas, o que incluía a doença da criança. Ilustramos com um caso atendido esse nosso auxílio às famílias no resgate e criação de vinculações importantes. Concluímos ser a família a fonte mais importante de suporte para os seus membros, visto que ela representa a fonte primária de refúgio e aconchego, possivelmente experimentados numa época remota de suas vidas. Por essa razão, é significativa uma intervenção em psicoterapia que acentue o restabelecimento de redes de suporte familiares
Our therapeutical work is on straightening and enlarging of the low-income family social nets in view of infantile illness. This work became integrated in a Rio de Janeiro hospital Association Program. Its main objective was to stimulate the families in the reconstruction of the bonds among its members, and also in the conquest of social nets of support with other groups, so as to be supported, affectively and materially, as facing problems. With a case we illustrate our work with families in the rescue and creation of important links. We conclude that the family is the most important source of support for its members, therefore being the primary source of shelter and warmth, possibly experienced at an early age. That is why an intervention in psycotherapy that stresses the reestablishment of family nets of support is necessary

Este artigo compreende uma síntese de um trabalho de prevenção primária de preparação para o parto com grupos de gestantes de sala de espera para a consulta do pré-natal, realizado a princípio apenas por uma estagiária de psicologia, que construiu a proposta do mesmo para a sua prática num hospital filantrópico. No curso de seu desenvolvimento duas profissionais vieram se juntar, uma enfermeira e uma assistente social, ampliando o atendimento para uma modalidade integrada e integral. São descritos, então, as possibilidades e também os impasses nessa intervenção em função das disposições das participantes e da equipe interprofissional na adesão à mesma. Por último, é destacado como promissor o empreendimento de ações no campo da saúde reprodutiva, a partir de uma abordagem preventiva e sob a ótica da interdisciplinaridade, à medida que profissionais dessa área fizerem investimentos no sentido de contribuírem para uma melhor assistência às mulheres grávidas.(AU)
This article understands a synthesis of a work of primary prevention of preparation for the childbirth with groups of pregnant women of waiting room for the consultation of the antenatal, carried out the principle only for a psychology trainee that constructed the proposal of the same one for practical hers in a philanthropic hospital. In the course of its development, two professionals had come to join themselves, a nurse and a social assistant, extending the attendance for an integrated and integral modality. It is described, then, the possibilities and also the impasses in that intervention in function of the disposals of the participants and the interprofessional team in the adhesion to the same one. Finally, the enterprise of actions in the field of the reproductive health is emphasized as promising with effect from a preventive approach and under the optics of the interdisciplinarity, in the measure that professionals of that field invest in the direction to make to contribute for one better attendance to the pregnant women.(AU)
