The efficiency of therapy (a quantitative index that reflects the frequency of remissions due to treatment) of diffuse mastopathy with thyroid hormones in the maximum tolerable dose (the dose with which a female patient feels comfortable) averaged 54 to 100% depending on the group of the examined females. The high efficiency of therapy of diffuse mastopathy with thyroid hormones in the maximum tolerable dose and the absence of adverse reactions allow the author to recommend that this treatment should be widely used in medical practice (patient RU No. 2172635).
