ABSTRACT
Este estudo objetivou avaliar os resultados da psicoterapia psicanalítica com crianças em um ambulatório de Porto Alegre, RS, através do uso do teste projetivo do Rorschach, em um delineamento antes versus depois da intervenção. Para tanto foi composta uma amostra de 23 crianças (6.0-10.11 anos) que realizaram 12 meses de psicoterapia psicanalítica. Os resultados indicaram que a medida de avaliação escolhida é efetiva para avaliar os resultados de psicoterapia com crianças. Mudanças positivas puderam ser observadas nas variáveis que mediam relacionamento interpessoal e percepção da realidade. As limitações do estudo são igualmente descritas ao final deste artigo(AU)
The objective of this study was to evaluate child psychoanalytic psychotherapy outcome in an outpatient setting in Porto Alegre, RS, through the use of the Rorschach test, before and after 12 months of individual child psychoanalytical psychotherapy. A sample of 23 children (6.0 to 10.11 years) was formed. The results showed that the Rorschach test was an effective measure to evaluate child psychotherapy outcome. Positive results were found in the variables that evaluated interpersonal relationships and perception of reality. The study's limitations were also discussed(AU)
