ABSTRACT

As China strives to balance rapid urbanization with environmental conservation, increasing attention is being paid to the pursuit of green production efficiency (GPE) in the real estate industry. The undesirable super-SBM model was used to calculate the GPE of China's real estate industry from 2001 to 2020. Additionally, GPE spatial distribution characteristics in China's real estate industry were analyzed using the standard deviation ellipse (SDE), Moran's index, Theil index, random kernel density estimation (RKDA), and spatial Markov chain (SMC) methods. The GPE exhibited a U-shaped trend, with 2008 as the inflection point, first decreasing and then increasing. It reached a maximum value of 0.747 in 2020. The Theil index increased from 0.043 to 0.121 nationwide, indicating the overall characteristics of low-level slow growth, and imbalance. Discrepancies in input-output scales, the southward shift of economic centers, and population movements contribute significantly to the disparities between the east and west, north and south, and regions divided by the Hu Huanyong Line (Hu Line). The GPE exhibited club convergence characteristics; however, polarization phenomena exist in local areas. Spatial spillover effects were also observed in GPE. Finally, we provide recommendations for promoting green development in the real estate industry, including green building technology, fiscal subsidy investment, and population migration management.

ABSTRACT

This paper was aimed to compare the acute toxicity of 999 Ganmaoling grain and its different ingredients, and investigate the influence of routine diet on the hepatic toxicity induced by Ganmaoling in mice, so as to provide experimental basis for the clinical safety evaluation. Mice were given a single dose of Ganmaoling grain or its different ingredients respectively by gavage, and then observed for 14 days. LD50 values of Ganmaoling grain or its chemical ingredient and the maximal tolerated dose of its herb ingredient were determined. Mice were divided into starvation and diet group, a single dose of Ganmaoling grain was administered by gavage. LD50 values were estimated after 14 day observation. Mice were divided into starvation and diet group. At the same time, control group was set up for each. A single dose of Ganmaoling grain was given. Serum biochemical indexes were detected, liver weight index was calculated and liver tissue morphological change was observed after 6 h. LD50 values were 4.42, 0.64 g•kg⁻¹ for Ganmaoling grain group and chemical ingredient group, respectively. The maximal tolerated dose of the herb ingredient group was close to 24.24 g•kg⁻¹. The toxic symptom was basically similar in the Ganmaoling grain and the chemical ingredient group. The body weight and food intake were decreased to a certain extent in both groups. There were pathological changes of liver and heart tissue in some of the surviving animals. The animals in the Ganmaoling grain group exhibited a lighter toxicity and recovered faster than that in the chemical ingredient group. LD50 values of Ganmaoling grain were 2.56, 6.93 g•kg⁻¹ for starvation and diet group respectively. TD50 values were 1.29, 6.31 g•kg⁻¹ for starvation and diet group respectively. The toxicity of 999 Ganmaoling was less, which may be related to the reduction of toxicity after the combination of herb and chemical ingredients. Compared with starvation group, the values of LD50 and TD50 of diet group was significantly increased, and toxicity was decreased. From the point of view of safety, it is safer to use Ganmaoling in the absence of hunger or after meal. The above tests provide experimental basis for the clinical safety use of Ganmaoling.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect and mechanism of 701 Diedazhentonggao on acute and chronic soft tissue injury in rabbit. METHODS: The rabbit model of acute and chronic soft tissue injury were established by heavy hammer blow method. The tissue damage scored, pain threshold value and blood rheology were detected, and histopathological and inflammatory cytokines in damaged tissue and gene chip were observed. RESULTS: 701 Diedazhentonggao significantly improved the acute soft tissue injury symptoms, increased the pain threshold, reduced the score values of local damage, improved subcutaneous ecchymosis symptoms, reduced the content of inflammatory cytokines in damaged tissue, repaired the injuried tissue, and reduced blood viscosity and the content of IL-1 and 5-HT. But the contents of IL-6 and PGE2 in acute soft tissue injury were not reduced. The gene chip study expressed the drug interfered the pathway of IL-1R and white blood cell cling. 701 Diedazhentonggao also improved the chronic soft tissue injury symptoms and the main performance on anti-inflammatory effect, and reduced the contents of IL-6, IL-1 and 5-HT, but it had little effet on reducing the contents of PGE2, Fbg, blood and histopathological examination. CONCLUSION: 701 Diedazhentonggao has ameliorative effect on acute and chronic soft tissue injury, but the effect on acute soft tissue injuries is better than on chronic soft tissue injuries, and its mechanism may be related to reducing the contents of IL-1, IL-6, 5-HT and other related inflammatory mediators.
