ABSTRACT
Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo descritivo feito em um serviço de saúde mental infantil da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde da Prefeitura Municipal de Belo Horizonte ligado ao Sistema Único de Saúde. Investiga os efeitos de uma Intervenção a Tempo psicanaliticamente orientada em 49 crianças com impasses no desenvolvimento psíquico, mostrando resultados positivos tanto clinicamente quanto em relação à satisfação das famílias atendidas. Discute-se a importância de que se façam trabalhos posteriores para aprofundar o conhecimento acerca da Intervenção a Tempo psicanaliticamente orientada como estratégia clínica associada ao tratamento tradicional para esses bebês e crianças.(AU)
This paper is a descriptive quantitative study done in a child mental health service of the Municipal Health Department of the Belo Horizonte City Government which is part of the Brazilian Universal Health System. We investigate effects of a Psychoanalytically Oriented Early Intervention with 49 children with difficulties in psychic development, showing positive results both clinically and in relation to the satisfaction of the families served. We discuss the importance of further work to deepen the knowledge of a Psychoanalytically Oriented Early Intervention as a clinical strategy associated with traditional treatment for these infants and children.(AU)
