ABSTRACT
The study compares the diagnostical values of "head-up tilt" tests both with or without nitroglycerin the provocation. On the basis of the comparison of a group of 60 patients and 20 healthy people we can state that the "head-up tilt" test with the provocation by nitroglycerin is appropriate for the statement of diagnosis of the cardioinhibitory type of vasovagal syncopes.
