ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: The aim: Disclosure of the results of the study of the expediency of considering the fluidity of mental processes in the triad "organism - personality Disclosure of the results of the study of the expediency of considering the fluidity of mental processes in the triad "organism - personality - environment" and the alternate stages of the dynamics of performance to prevent the occurrence of pre-painful conditions in students, combining professional activity with formal education. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: The complex of research methods is used in the work: general scientific (analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization) and empirical (observations, discussions, questionnaires). The research was carried out within the framework of the international project "AHIA" (innovation in education; access mode: https://sites.google.com/view/project-axia/). The Spielberger-Hanin questionnaire was used to achieve the stated purpose of the study, the purpose of which was to assess reactive and personal anxiety. RESULTS: Results: The results of a study aimed at organizing a lifelong learning process based on mental processes and stages of performance dynamics showed that the likelihood of pre-painful conditions in those who combine full-time education in higher education with professional activity significantly decreases their self-actualization. Educational events taking place here and now, and recognizing the theoretical and practical significance of the educational material at the level of intrinsic motives. It is established that the likelihood of pre-morbid conditions in those who learn during life significantly increases in the case of reduced functional reserves of their body as a result of the intense and prolonged performance of educational activities with the simultaneous experience of "negatively" colored actual emotional states, generated by activities or events ) experiences of relationships in professional activity, family, family, etc. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: The proposed article describes the effectiveness and appropriateness of using mental processes and stages of performance dynamics as a means to prevent the onset of painful conditions in lifelong learners.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: Introduction: The phenomenon of "health", being studied on an interdisciplinary basis, does not appear as the property that automatically belongs to the subject, since it is not inherited by the "natural" property, but is regarded as something that everyone needs to master the same way as the outside reality, in other words, to constantly teach your body to different movements, actions, types of activities, to know the resources of their own health and to develop their ability to serve them throughout their lives as a certain ability. The aim of the study is to provide theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the appropriateness of considering health in the context of the inner world of man as a process of mastering the body and resources of his own health. Also in clarifying the factors that negatively affect the health of people aged 13 to 60 years. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: in the work, a set of methods is used: general scientific (analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization) and empirical (observation, conversation, questionnaires). RESULTS: Results: consideration of the phenomenon of "health" is carried out with an emphasis on the inner world of man, in particular on the natural, social and spiritual grounds. It has been established that the content of the inner world exists in the child from the very moment of its birth and is unknowingly expressed by it in various types of activity (crying, movements). The formation of a natural origin is caused by the gradual ripening of various structures of the nervous system, which causes the transition from disorderly movements to clear and harmonious and the process of mastering his body on the basis of mastering one or another action, types of activity. The social origin, occurring and often changing under the influence of human interaction with others, is to a large extent caused by the improvement and deterioration of health. For the formation of a spiritual beginning, it is important to contemplate the spirituality of others (the attitude to health as a social and personal value) and the discovery of a spiritual principle in itself. CONCLUSION: Conclusions: educational activity of teachers, aimed at understanding people of different ages in the process of mastering the body and resources of their own health, will serve the formation of their inner world, the conscious elevation of health to the rank of personal values and the understanding of the essence of health as the ability of a person which is used throughout his life.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: Introduction: The existence of the noosphere as a sphere of mind influences human life processes, particularly their physical and mental health, directly. That is why a need arises to consider the biosphere development in the context of the "boom" of scientific thought and noosphere with its processes affecting human health. The aim: The research purpose is to reveal the influence of noospheric processes on human health, in particular the information flow effects on human morphofunctional state expressed as chronic fatigue. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Materials and methods: A complex of study methods was used in the research: general scientific (analysis, synthesis, comparison, correlation, systematization, generalization) and empirical (observation, conversation, questionnaire). The research was conducted within the framework of "Axia" international project (Innovation in Education). For the stated research purpose achievement subjective state diagnostic technique of "WAM" as used, intended for the qualitative subjective evaluation of three main functional psycho-emotional human states: well-being, activity and mood. Respondents of three age groups were involved in the research, 347 people in each group. The first group included the responders aged 14 to 19; the second group included the responders aged 19 to 35; the third group consisted of the respondents aged 35 to 60. RESULTS: Results: The research results confirmed that the noospheric processes are followed by the acceleration of human life pace, information pressure causing the development of human mental fatigue, energy depletion, tiredness and chronic fatigue. The results of empirical studies of the influence of the noospheric processes anthropoprice on the human well-being, activity and mood showed the dependence of the positive integral estimation of human subjective state on the orientation towards life-long learning, personal values regardless of the age. CONCLUSION: Conclusion: The proposed article reveals the influence of noospheric processes on human morphofunctional state, scientifically grounds the connection and dependence of human tiredness on the noospheric processes anthropoprice.
