ABSTRACT
Isolation of lysozyme from hemolymph of Alveonasus lahorensis (Acari: Parasitiformes, Argasidae) and Hyalomma marginatum (Acari: Parasitiformes, Ixodidae) with using ultrasound is described. It was shown that the bactericidal effect of the ultrasound-extracted lysozyme against Staphylococcus aureus and Micrococcus luteus significantly exceeded that of the chicken egg lysozyme and lysozyme from ticks without ultrasound exposure. Disintegration of the hemolymph cells increased lysozyme production.

Comparative analysis of a pain syndrome severity was done, using a visual analogous scale (VAS), basing on the analysis of performance of various kinds of laparoscopic prosthesis inserting hernioplasty for inguinal hernia, using intraabdominal (intraperitoneal onlay mesh - IPOM) and preperitoneal (transabdominal preperitoneal - TAPP) with establishment of light nets. A pain severity is trustworthy lesser in the IPOM method application--5 and 17.5 points, accordingly. The operation duration, using IPOM, have had constituted (60 +/- 20) min at average and while using TAPP--(113 +/- 42) min. The stationary postoperative state duration after the IPOM procedure was a twice lesser--1.12 and 2.8 days, accordingly. Laparoscopic prosthesis inserting intraabdominal hernioplasty, according to the IPOM method, may constitute the operation of choice, performed for inguinal hernia.

In the ulcer pyloroduodenal stenosis the stages of complete and noncomplete decompensation are suggested. In 73% of observations, while performing an adequate preoperative preparation it was possible to convert pyloroduodenal stenosis from the stage of complete decompensation into the stage of noncomplete decompensation, in which the performance of organpreserving operation is possible. In the patients, suffering pyloroduodenal stenosis in the stage of noncomlete decompensation, resection of 2/3 of stomach is performed.

The analysis of the results of the surgical treatment of colon cancer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, polyposis of colon, diverticular disease of colon on the bases of quality of life scale indexes, questionnaire SF-36 was carried out. The authors have compared the quality of life of patients who underwent surgical treatment using restorative operations after removing functional parts of the colon. The quality of life indexes in 11-12 days after the operation were higher in the first group compared with the second one. Positive influence of laparascopic intervention on quality of life considerably differs from that in the second group in 3 and 6 months and in one and three years after the operation was done.

Taking into account high probability of occurrence of the colonic mucosa morphological atypia in nonspecific ulcerative colitis, the methods of trustworthy diagnosis of dysplasia determine the choice of the treatment tactics as well as the operative intervention volume. The methods of chromocolonoscopy and photodynamical diagnosis of nonspecific ulcerative colitis are presented, their role in the treatment of patients tactic and considering the operative intervention volume was determined.

The prognostic factors of the colonic cancer occurrence in nonspecific ulcerative colitis were determined. Photodynamical diagnosis of the colonic mucosa affection, immunohistochemical determination of proliferation and apoptosis markers were applied in the investigation. The statistic-probability pattern of the malignization processes dynamics was elaborated. Algorhythm of the colonic cancer and nonspecific ulcerative colitis prognostication and diagnosis was proposed.
