A Man in His 50s With Dyspnea and Eosinophilia.

This case report describes a diagnosis of idiopathic eosinophilic endomyocarditis in a male patient who presented with progressive dyspnea, eosinophilia, thrombocytopenia, and elevated troponin T level.
